Goatboy - Working on more Logan Nonsense

He sure is a dick of a character. He does almost everything a Grand Master does, plus so much more. Is he the best? Pretty damned close if you ask me. Hell almost every army would love to have him as a special character.

Hot Pants Logan the Dark Eldar jerk making the Super Wyches troops. MorkGan the super Warboss making your Meganobz troops. Hell everyone would like that asshole. Thus why I continue to explore armies with him.

I am still on the - null deployment army. All reserves or all hidden. Nothing is designed to sit and shoot - I want to move, get loose and all up in your business. I am still not sure if the 4 Grey Hunter squads are needed - but will see as we play. I also don't know if I should go with the Chase you down option Lone Wolves or the - Get within 6 and push you off the board Lone Wolves are better. Hard to really say as both have merits. I think the Termie options are better but who the hell knows.

From there I have very little left. I could do 2 Lone Wolves with terminator armor and Chainfist/Storm Shield for annoyance. That could be neat. I could look at adding Land Speeders or hell another Rune Priest. There are a lot of things I could do.

I could drop Arjac and do something else? Or create an entire WG list with "better" dudes but no Wolf Standard. I think the Wolf Standard becomes pretty important in the long run but still.

Thoughts, thoughts and more thoughts. Got a game in last Thursday versus IG with a slightly different list. It was Jon Wolf and it continues the - Thomas you are roll hot. I think I always rolled a 6 during any difficult terrain roll I had to get into assault. And my rolls for Murderous Hurricane were nuts - 12, 14, 16 the 3 times I cast it. Jon couldn't hit with Lascannons and I just grinded out the win. It helps that my mini punch star scores as well as having some decent wound sinks in it.

The thought of creating a Biker/WG unit is pretty interesting too. It would give a really oddly mobile scoring unit that costs way too much. Still it is another thought.

Yeah I hope to complete a lot this week. That is my plan. Who knows how much I will get done. Going to try to machine out the 5 DE warriors and get the first layers on the orks.
